Introducing Payment Requests (formerly Metaward)

Payment Requests saves Enterprises, Community leaders, Managers and Even Organizers time by providing a Payment Request Link they can share with people they need to pay. So, instead of asking for Bank or other Payment details, you can send your Payment Request Link to users to request payments from you in just a few clicks. As a result, Payment Requests makes paying for services, products, or any other type of transaction more straightforward than ever.

The Payment Requests feature is straightforward to use. As an Organization or Corporate user of Chimoney, you can generate a unique link that can be shared via email, social media, or any other messaging platform with which people can request payments from you. When the recipient clicks on the link, they will be taken to a secure payment portal where they can enter the amount and other information about the requested payment and then submit the request.

As the Admin of the Organization (AP Team, Community lead, Manager, HR, Employee Experience lead, Donor Organization or Head of Finance) on your end, you’ll be notified and be able to view all requested payments and handle the settlement from your Chimoney Dashboard.

This feature is perfect for AP Teams, Community leads, Managers, HRs, Employee Experience leads, Donor Organizations, Heads of Finance, Event Organisers and everyone who usually has to send payments regularly. With the Payment Request Link, there's no need to deal with complicated payment platforms or manually track down people you need to Pay or Invoices. Instead, everything is handled automatically, making focusing on what matters more efficient.

One of the key benefits of the Payment Request Link feature is its flexibility. Your contractors can easily edit the link to specific payment amounts, descriptions, invoice links and other details, making it easy to tailor their requests to their needs. Plus, since the Payment Request link is reusable, Organizations using Chimoney can send them to multiple recipients without generating a new link each time.

To get started with Payment Requests, do so in 3 simple steps:

1.  Log into your Chimoney account at dash.chimoney.io.
2. Go to the Requests page and copy your "Payment Link". 
3. Start sharing it with others immediately to use.
